By creating an account or using the TopShelf Tech application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting or sharing content that is obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harassing, stalking, or otherwise abusing other users.
• Impersonating another person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engaging in any illegal activities or encouraging others to do so.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

TopShelf Tech grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your devices in accordance with these terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the application.
• Use the application for any unlawful or objectionable purposes.

3.3 Termination

TopShelf Tech reserves the right to terminate your access to the application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the application.
